How partnerships progress

Partnership status process.

Each institutional partnership moves through a structured five-stage process, from initial engagement to full operational integration. Status is maintained in the data room and reflects the current step for each partner.

1
Initiated

The partnership has been formally initiated with initial discussions and preliminary agreements. Both parties have expressed mutual interest and begun the foundational planning phase.

2
In Progress

Active negotiations and detailed planning are underway, including due diligence, technical assessments and the development of partnership frameworks and operational procedures.

3
Signing

Legal documentation and formal agreements are being finalized and prepared for execution. Both parties are reviewing contract terms, compliance requirements and preparing for signature.

4
Integrating

Technical integration and operational setup are in progress, including system connectivity, API integrations, testing protocols and the establishment of operational workflows between partners.

5
Completed

The partnership is fully operational and all integration processes have been successfully completed. It is live, functional and delivering on all agreed-upon objectives and services.
